Water holding tank

Recently bought a new sunset trail. It has an 1 1/2 valve on the fresh water tank for emptying quicker then the old spigot valves. Should I leave this open during the winter?

No need to leave it open once tank is empty. Also, it would be a nice little entrance for creepy crawlys.....

I’ve often thought about this. I leave mine open with some wire mesh screen taped over the opening. This way air can get in to prevent mold but bugs can’t.
