I also can hear water running on mine. When you have the flush water on do you get a reasonable flow out of the black tank. If you don't have a clear plastic adapter between the trailer connection and the hose connection you should get one. It makes it lot better to see what is going on and if your tank is well rinsed.

Thanks mwebber78,I've only used it once,Guess i'll use it a few more times & go from there,Sounds like theblack tank flushmay be a problem with more than a few. Thanks Edited by: campsurveyor
dalemac377,I did just buy a clear plastic adapter,I'll use it next time & keep a eye on the water flow.We always also fill the black tank up 2-3 times to clean it out better.Might be i'am used to the TT,You would here it hitting the sides & top of the tank.Edited by: campsurveyor
Yes, you should hear it running when it's working properly.
Mine has clogged/stopped up on more than one occasion. The sprayer is a bad design. I took thewhole thing apart at the tank to unclogged. It's basically adevice with a screen. I've managed tobreak it freeseveral times using a lot of water pressureturning it off and on.
Inever had a problem in previous self installed sprayers (Quickie Flush and Tornado)
I can sometimes hear mine inside the 5er. It will make a high pitched whine. I can definitely hear the "whine" outside the trailer. I expected to hear it hitting the side of the tank but I never have. It does seem to work and I get a good flow through the clear plastic adapter I have so I know water is moving through the tank.
