be careful because you are still way over your gcwr which is what DOT will hold you too if you get scaled or into an accident. I hope you have a Hensley arrow for that. Remember this also has more frontal area than your equipment trailer making this a tougher tow. I learned a lot of this the hard way myself with over 20 yrs of twing horse trailers and then learning just how different an rv handles. My old TV was an armada, the TT was under tow capacity by 2000 lbs and over payload by 200 lbs. Handling sucked. I think you will find yourself either upgrading your TV earlier than planned or parking your TT until you can upgrade. Whatever you end up doing, I wish you the best of luck.Edited by: anaro
