Bought this camper new in late February. Towed it home from Tx and parked it under my rv cover. While sitting there sometime in April one of the valences over a window fell off so I remounted that. Towed it to a campsite on May 1st and have been using it there 4-5 days a week. Since getting here several of the cabinet door hinges have started to get loose so I snugged them back up only to get loose again. Have since had to mount the screws at a different angle into new wood. No I didn’t over tighten them lol.
Yesterday I noticed that both ends of the awning fabric where it attaches to the wall of the camper the screws have pulled out [emoji2359]. Awning was never left open in high winds. If we left the camper to go anywhere while the awning was deployed I always closed it before leaving in case a storm popped up.
In my 40 years of owning rv’s I have never had this happen. I am not very happy with the quality of this unit at all. I am not confident that I could even tow it to a dealer for repairs without it flying off on the way there. Currently trying to find a mobile rv repair person to come out and see what they can do.

With the cabinet door hinges. If they strip out; you can get a tiny piece of wood the size of the hole. Stick it in the hole and break it off flush with the top of the hole. Then you can screw the screw back in and it will hold. Old truck my dad taught me. Here’s a video.

Well, the screws for the awning should go into some structure. You might try the same trick. only this might require the next size bigger screw. (in diam.)when you fill the hole with a plug, add some glue.
ALL big boy toys are money pits.
If you find the aluminum studs, you can use an expanding screw fastener to attach the awning. I think the studs are 2" square tubes. You will always be fixing and maintaining the Rv.

On my awning the screws broke off replaced them with higher quality screws. Where the screws broke off in the trailer I drilled close to the old screw with a pilot drill and put in a new screw.
