Ok here is what they found. The electrical system is all fine, nothing was wrong. They did find wrong fuses were used on the panel and most were even in the wrong spot. No wonder there were problems. It appears this was the way it left the Crossroads Factory. At least nothing was damaged.
So we are all set to go for the weekend. Very good indeed.
Glad you got it fixed. Honestly, this sounds like something the dealership should have found when doing your PDI. I would ask them why they missed it and what else did they miss? Hope you have a great second trip!

I was thinking the very same thing and I will be addressing this with the dealer. We are heading out today for the weekend.
Hey Duey. I just got a camper with the same prob from what you were talking about. the battery drains fast and not charging when plugged into 110v. what was it that they fixed on the camper? does anyone have ideas??
Check your fuse panel in your truck, make sure a 40amp fuse is there for the output to the trailer battery. Most truck dealers won't bother with that fuse, which I found out the hard way and it was my RV Dealer that discovered it. Once the 40 amp fuse was put in, everything worked and the battery charged.
