To start we made it through the camping season with our new camper, before we noticed there was any problem. The slide room seemed to be out of plumb in its opening, when extended. looked good when in. Took it to our dealer to have it adjusted. They saidtherewas not enough adjustment in it to fix it. Now I cannot say enough about our dealer and for that matter (so far) Crossroads. Our dealer has been on top of the issue, contacting crossroads. Crossroads sent the parts for the fix. We got a call from our dealer, the fix did not fix our issue. There were people from the factory in the area, and stopped in to our dealership to see what was going on for themselves. Now the last we heard is they are going back and contact lippert. So the camper is still at the dealership and will be 'til fixed. But we are very happy with the response we have gotten. Besides, camping season is over, and they have until April 1st to get it fixed (when the water gets turned on at the campground) We knew we picked an excellent dealership when we were shopping around and comparingbrands and dealers. So happy we went with Crossroads and Thompson Family RV. We've been treated with nothing but respect.

Mark,
Glad to hear you are so pleased; the dealer had everything to do with my purchase too, which is basically the same floor plan you have. Good luck,
Jim

mdk1982 Yours must have been next on Randy and Troy's list when they left mine. I helped them to get to Thompson Rv. Don't sound like you faired out as good as I did. I have the Cruiser 335SS with the bedroom slide leak. Good Luck with your unit as Randy is the best and he will get to the bottom of it. The bad thing is with Crossroads expansion it is slowing things down out there for Randy and he is only one guy.

thanks for the feedback. We are quite confident it'll be taken care of, we're just happy it happened at the end of the camping season

I had a problem with my kitchen slide when it was in, it was out about a inch in the front bottom. the had to put a bracket on the front rail to help with the flex. works great now.

follow-up: Our dealership has heard from back Crossroads. The Crossroads and Lippert people will be coming here to fix our unit! We couldn't be happier with the response that we've gotten regarding this issue. We haven't hadto do any calling or emailing ourselves. Everything has been handled very professionally by our dealer and Crossroads. Thank you Crossroads and Thompson Family RV.

Sounds like you are being taken care of. That's good news and not interupting your camping season.
Have a nice Holiday

update on our slideroom. Just heard from our dealership. Crossroads and lippert has been there did what they had to do. Now that the slide room is sitting as it should be, the decals don't line up, so ordering new decals, as soon as they are in and applied we will be able to pick it up. Now we'll be making our plans for the camping season
