We have a 2007 CK29 and the shower is a corner shower. We came up with a towel rack that is all metal and normaly goes over the bathroom door. What I did was re designed the hooks to go over the shower door. Don't have to take it off when using the shower. Also put some foam at the bottom of the rack that would go against the glass door. Haven't had a problem yet.

We also use a cloths basket for a hamper and keep it in the shower when not in use. After a shower I place a foot stool in the shower to set the basket on until it drys. Seems to work for us.

Papabear when you say that you re-designed the towel rack to fit over the shower door...doesn't the rack still have to go over the frame of the shower and the shower door when the door is closed? If that makes any sense at all That was the issue with the one I bought (I believe it was also originally meant as an over the door rack).

I like the idea of using the shower door as it keeps the towels out of the road. The bathroom in the Cruiser is roomy enough but if you start hanging things all over the place the space quickly diminishes. This is why we went with the 3M hooks on the bathroom door...if only the bath towels would stay on them..LOL

What I did was change the part that would normally go over the top of the door I changed the 1 to 1 1/2 inch to like a 1/2 to 3/4 inch hook. Now it only goes over the shower door and not the frame above the door. This way when you open the door the rack comes with the door. The metal bends real easy. Hope this is a little plainer to understand.

I would use the same toilet holder like Deputydog has suggested! I think this is a very practical option which you should keep in mind. When it comes to dirty clothing.. I once got a hamper delivered and I keep all my stuff inside it now. This is very practical and looks good But it needs a lot of space, this is the only disadvantage.
