Will pick up new CF29CK at factory late July. I have concern on how you hook up water hoses in the new compartment inside to ensure no water leaks. Seems to me you could get all the compartment storage area wet,as I haven't seen a hose fitting that doesn't leak sooner or later. Any and all ideas appreciated.

We had a tow-light before this for 12 yrs. and now we have our fiver.we never had a leak.IMHO the best thing is to make sure you keep the gasket in good shape, and your hoses in good condition.Good luck with your new unit, many safe and happy trips.

I also installed 24 inch hoses with quick connects from lowes so that I don't undo the hose at the water inlet connector but at the quick connect that hangs out the bottom of the compartment.
