Look outside your camper--locate the water heater door. Go inside, water heater will in the wall/cabinet right across from where you seen it on the outside wall.
There isn't any adjustment for temperature.

The water heater in our unit is accessed through the panel in the storage compartment. (I think the floor plans are very similar). As Lloyd said there isn't any adjustment for the temperature. Sure would be convenient if the rv manufacturers would spend a little more money and install heaters with a temperature adjustment. If I remember correctly units that we owned in the 80's and 90's all had temperature adjustments on the water heaters.

It doesn't have to be a closet...It is most likely a hidden removable panel...I have a 305SKP fifth wheel and my W/H is accessed by taking out the side wall of a lower cabinet (Lauan plywood) where I store my pots and pans...

This is a link for an adjustable thermostat for the Atwood heater. There is also a YouTube vid showing the installation.

Thanks for all the replies. Will start digging, and will have to add the temp control.
Thanks

If your desire to adjust the temp is because it is too hot, you might want to re-think this. RV water heaters are very small (often 6 gal) and are set hot so you can have a shower without running out of hot water. (using very little hot water flow) Many I've seen who adjust it to a lower temp run out of hot water, regret their decision, and set it back to hot. It's not the same as a home heater, and does take some getting used to.

I agree with Marty.
We installed the adjustable stat and found we ran low on hot water and ended up turning up the temperature again. Of course I had removed the factory shower flow restrictor and installed an expansion tank for better and continuous water flow.
We also learned that if you turn up the stat too high our water heater lets out a big bang. I suspect it was expansion as the pressure regulator never leaked.
