I'm thinking either the Convenience center or a possible diode to the black water tank is bad. I get no lights at all for the black water but I do for the gray water and freshwater tanks and also the battery. I have completely cleaned the blackwater tank with chemicals. I have tried to find the Convenience center online to no avail. 2020 Crossroads Zinger 18BH.
The top and bottom panels are removable and under them are the mounting screws. There should be a tag on the back with the manufacturer and model number. Also in your books that came with your camper there should a manual if you still have them or got them.
