Changing lights

We would like to change the LED lights in our 2019 Sunset Trail to a softer hue. Presently, the lights are very white. I don’t know how to open the light fixtures and would appreciate any advice in this regard.

I haven't seen those type in person, but I would assume that like any other, the lenses are just snapped in place so you can access them easily. I would try and carefully pry around the outer edges with a small screwdriver, or a plastic panel tool or the like. I'm certain its simpler than you think.

Either the lens should pop off, or the top piece that holds the lenses should pop off.

My trailer is a couple years older, so I have different looking lights, but they do pop off. But you have to be careful because if you pull too hard you risk pulling the whole fixture off by the screws, and then you'll have a hard time re-mounting.

Once you get the lens off, you might be able to see the light manufacturer. If not, you will probably need to remove the screws and the manufacturer should be listed on the base of the fixture.

In my 2015 trailer, the lights are made by this company:

When one failed, I ordered one from them, but chose the warm version. My trailer also has too much of a "daylight" color that is not pleasing. Unfortunately they cost about $17 apiece, and I have something like 10 of them that would need to replaced to make them all match. It's on the "to do list".

When you take the cover off, see if the lens are fixed on a board or is there a removable bulb. If they have a bulb, just get new bulbs in a warm color. 3000K. If you get natural white, the are still very white. If the leds are fixed, vyou have to replace the whole thing. Not too difficult. But more expensive. Still look for the warm white. Amazon has the bulbs and fixtures. Make sure to get a little larger light so it covers the footprint of the old ones. I have seen them on Amazon in sets of up to 10 fixtures. The more you buy, the cheaper they are. Individuals run around $11 - $12 at the cheapest.
