Slide won’t close

We have a 2012 Sunset Trail by Crossroads with the bunk room. One of the bunk room slides is out and will not come back in. You can hear the motor when going out but when pushing in on the button, nothing happens.
I can’t find the control panel and not sure how to manually push it in.

Do you have the manual crank tool. If so it would crank from opposite side of the camper from the slide that’s out. Would be a small round hole to put the tool in to connect to manual bar point. If yours has that.

If you could include the model of your camper it would help others to help you better.

A good way to do that is to add a signature that includes the year make and model.

There are many different slide systems and each have a different way to retract them.

My 2014 has Schwintek slides, and yours probably does to. If it has rails like the one in my photo, it is Schwintek. The controls for my slides are behind a shallow cabinet in the entertainment center.
