After reviewing the weather forecast (thanks to Joe) of about 3-4 inches of rain....we will be hitching up this afternoon when we get home from work and moving the camper across the hay field to the barn on more solid ground so that we can start out Wednesday after work....otherwise we might be boondocking on the hill for a few days........we should arrive between noon and 2 pm on Thursday....Hopefully the April showers will bring may flowers...

I have been keeping an eye on the weather, and it looks like thursday, friday and saturday will be acceptable weather. .

Hello Everyone,
Angela and I should arrive at the campground around 4:00 P.M. on Thursday. Here is what we are bringing for the group meals:
Breakfast(s): Eggs and sausage biscuits
Fri Wine/Cheese: Wine and shrimp/cocktail sauce
Sat Dinner: Salad, fruit and warm bread

Camper is out and at the barn....now if the creek doesn't rise and the cows leave it alone hopefully we can get out of here.....gonna try and start that way Wednesday...depends on weather..otherwise leave here Thursday morning early....

Steve- got ya on the list.
Stan- glad you got it out. what time are you heading out tomorrow? we should be going past your area around lunchtime, weather permitting, if you want a traveling buddy.
Walt congrats on the new Winnebago. we will have to check it out in the fall. this will hopefully be the last trip for the zinger before we join the SOB crowd as well (dependant upon selling it on craigslist).

At least you aren't camping in our neck of the woods. This is what we woke up to this morning.  And that's not normal for us this time of year. Usually the farmers are in the field by now.

Walt...congrats on the new rig...good for you both..go out and enjoy it....I expect that it will make it easier for you.....Emmy and I want to check it out for sure....
Looks like we will not be able to leave here until Thursday morning early due to work and weather...no need to drive in thunderstorms, high winds and flood waters if ya don't have to....so we will wait for the sun......have fun Aileen on Wednesday heading north.....
