2021 Mason Dixon Bunch Fall Rally
2021 MASON DIXON BUNCH FALL RALLY
The Mason Dixon Bunch Fall Rally is scheduled for October 25th thru Oct. 28th ( Monday - Thursday). at Luray KOA located at 3402 Kimball Road, Luray, VA.22835.....
Call 540-743-7222 or 540-743-1539 for reservations.
Patio sites are $79.00....
We have attempted to reserve Sites 17, 18, 19 and 45 - 51 for the group. We have also reserved the use of their Yurt for all meals. Let me know what site you end up with....
Site 17 - Ilene and Lou Meister
Site 18 - Ken and Sara - Sunday to Thursday
Site 19 - Mark and Deb - Sunday to Thursday
Site 45 -
Site 46 -
Site 47 - Mark and Susan - Sunday to Thursday
Site 48 -
Site 49 - Walt and Lindsey - Monday to Thursday
Site 50 - Kemp Davis - Monday to Thursday
Site 51 -
Site 101 - Stan and Emmy - Monday to Thursday
Monday - 5:30 pm - bring hotdogs/ hamburgers and fixings for a casual evening meal
Tuesday -9:00 am - Breakfast
5:30 pm wine and cheese followed by card bingo. ( please bring a deck of cards)
Wednesday - 9:00 am. Breakfast
6:00 pm dinner

I talked with Jennifer. The rally is set up in their system. I am in site 50 for Monday - Thursday.

They wouldn't let me sign up for any of the 45 thru 51 sites. They said they were booked.

Be sure when you call to make a reservation that you tell them you are with the rally group....all the sire listed are supposed to be reserved for our group ....request a site on the list.....sorry about having all this trouble with the campground....

ATTENTION EVERYONE

I just reserved with Jennifer at the campground and I am in site 51...After talking with her she told me to pass on to our group that we should all call the campground phone numbers to reserve and to mention we are with M/D rally group...MAKE SURE you ask if you are talking to someone at the front desk of the campground when reserving...The KOA call center WILL NOT give you the rally rate or make sure you are in one of the sites set aside for our group...

OK, after two days of constant busy signals finally got hold of Kathryn. She gave me a reservation, not sure what for. She informed me that all group sites were taken and I could not have one of them. She also would not give me a site number where she planned to put me. Cost was 79 a night, is that the rally price?

Good morning all, just wanted to let you know Ilene Louis Brian and Neil and I need the wonder dog will be there for our first Mason Dixon rally they’re quite excited we have no idea what site were in because she will not give us a site to put down but we’re there. Hope to see you in the fall and I hope all is well so long for now from the Meister‘s

I am sorry to say that Rosie and I will not be able to attend the Rally this year as we planned...I called the campground today and cancelled our reservations...We hope you all have a safe and enjoyable rally and hope to see everyone in the spring...

Hi all I know it’s late but I just called KOA in Virginia, I finally found out that we are in site number 17. I know it’s kind of late but I’d like to know what we need to bring if somebody please get back to me it might be quicker by calling me on my cell at 516-971-1283 and we could figure out a part of the menu please forgive but this is the first time with the mason Dixon Bunch we will learn as we go. Can’t wait to see everybody though and will see you then
