Heading out tomorrow to go see this - any suggestions for Gulf Shores RV campgrounds? Or any other campgrounds along the I-10 Eastbound corridor from New Orleans?
Thanks and Happy Fourth!

Ft Pickens National park offers w/e sites. If you have the senior pass rates are half price.
It is also a great place to view the Blue Angles if the show is at the Navy base without the crowds.
Ho Hum park is right on the gulf, but not on I-10, very nice small place (I think it's too far east though). Pensacola Beach resort (very pricey this time of year) & Pensacola Rv Park. Big Oak rv park in Tallahassee (you'll easily see how it got it's name). Emerald Beach (I think is the name) rv in Navarre also has a few sites that back up the the beach. Destin has several nice parks close to the beach, but you need to call as soon as possible for reservations as that is a very popular area year round.
