I believe all vehicles made since 2008 are required by law to have TPMS, however the level of information provided varies by make & model. Often times you have no way to actually check what pressure you're running, you just get an alert if a tyre is low and then you have to figure out which one on your own!! As for temperature, I haven't seen any of those. If you do a lot of towing and want to know pressure & temperature on the TV then you may want to look at getting additional sensors for the TV.
As for the TireMinder system, you can do a search on the forum as I have seen a few people report that they have it and like it.
We've had the ST 507 and love it. Not a real long trailer, but highly recommend it. Saved us once already from trailer damage when the right rear tire blew out in the UP of Michigan.
The 3/4T and below probably will have a TPMS build in. The 1T units (GMC 3500HD, Ford 350, Dodge 3500) and larger aren't required to have them. Not the best idea as I think those should be on any thing with tires.
