Thanks for adding me to the group. I bought a 2013 Crossroads Cruiser Sahara CF330SS fifth wheel. Its not charging the battery and I can't locate the converter. Would someone help me with it's location? Thanks, David
Do you know where the breaker panel is?
The converter should be either behind it or below it.
Careful, there is live AC power there, so be sure to unplug from shore power before working on it..
The convertor is located below, and part of the power center. Your breakers for 110 volt and fuses for 12 volt are in a housing with a cover on it. The convertor is mounted in the same housing.
How did you determine that the convertor is not working? Do you have a multimeter and are you able to use it to troubleshoot the 12 volt system? Any chance that you recently replaced your house battery(ies)? A common issue is that the battery wires are crossed and the reverse polarity protection fuses are blown on the convertor.

I pulled the breaker panel out of the wall and didn't find it. I tried to follow the wires but they go into the walls. Also I'm a Master Electrician for over 40 years and still can't find it. Battery is dead even though it has 120 volts and all 12 volt lights and systems are dead. Figured this would be the first place to look if I can ever find it. Driving me nuts!
I just looked at a floor plan of your rig, and see the typical WFCO power center under the pantry, with the typical grille for the fan for the convertor. If you see the fan, you found the convertor.. it's not very big, but your clue is the muffin fan.

5th wheel. Often have forward outside compartment for batteries/ chargers, but 12-vdc circuit breakers within 18" of battery maybe tripped? If rig has INVERTER, often an INVERTER/ CHARGER Combo? Luck to ya.
