Kitchen sink faucet
Does anyone have the faucet in the pictures below? Ours is not tight, spins and DW thinks the handle should be forward. That makes no sense. When it is to the right, pulling forward the water is hot, push back it is cold. The connection on the faucet hardware has hot sticker on copper tube connected to the red water line. Have sink out, (sink wasn't installed correctly, had to take out and reset), would like to have faucet in the correct position and tightened before putting sink back in. Thanks

Have installed a lot of these and have never had the handle in front. It's always been to the left or right IAW owners preference. Some like it on the left so they can hold a pot with the right hand and control the water with the left hand. Others prefer the opposite. In most cases though the hot water comes out with the handle is pushed towards the wall but can be changed by swapping out the hot/cold supple hoses. It's all personal preference.

I have one at home and have the handle on the front so if your hands are wet then the water drips in the sink and less wiping up. Turn left for hot and right for cold.

Sean
I always thought the hot is on the right side and the cold is on the left...As far as the single handle is concerned I think it is a matter of personal preference, whether it is positioned on either side or the front...I would think the person that did the dish cleaning most of the time would have the last say on the matter...

If I can get the little hot/cold indicator thing off, I think I will reverse the feeds and put on the right so it is the same as the kitchen at home.

The little red/blue thingy should just pop off, that's usually where the set screw that holds the handle on is located.

Just go under and switch the water feeds under the counter to switch hot to the other side.

That's what I'm going to do. I've already swapped the red/blue button.
