Our coach has been sitting at a service dealer for 6 weeks untouched, we just moved it to another facility that Crossroads recommended. Feeling better about where it's at now, hope they can address all the slide issues in a timely manner. They may have to manufacture something to help with the drag and to keep them in alignment.
In light of all the major issues we are having, Crossroads customer service is winning our approval in how they are handling this mess of a trailer we have....they may even consider helping with reimbursing us for loan payments since we have barely been able to use it since we bought it 4 months ago. It hasn't been approved but if so it would sure ease the pain and suffering. We will see how things go. </span>
