Sorry to hear about your dad. In addition to advertising here, you can post it over on the Thor owners forums as well. (Crossroads is,a division of Thor). Good luck in selling.

Probably $10,000 too high. This is a four year old coach. Depreciation on RVs is a killer. We sold our 2010 Cruiser CF31QB in December, 2012. Paid $30k new got $17k privately. Was offered $13k by several RV dealers. Our current motorhome has depreciated about $20k in 18 months.

From NADA. And this price is not ever for a Patriot model.
But if you want to sell it, the price is up to you.

Year 2011 Cruiser
Model CF305SK11
NADA Results:
Suggested List: $44,098

The NADA values posted for public use are absolute fiction and bear no relation to the actual dealer access only prices. When we first went shopping NADA showed a trade in for our Cruiser of about $22,000. The dealer showed us his current NADA book with a value of $13,800.

Well, if you do a search online, the 2011 Crossroads Patriot line sell anywhere from $28,000 to $33,000. Now I know that's asking price and they probably sell for less, but what the op is asking is not that unreasonable.
Anyone can do the search to verify the prices.

Knowing what I just got on craigslist for my Zinger, I really don't think that is an unreasonable price for a 5er. A good way to determine value though is to check prices of new and used same model on rv trader.com and do a craigslist search for similar trailers in your state and surrounding states. Mine was in excellent condition and sold in about a month for what similar trailers were listed for. That said if you really need to get rid of it, then drastically reduce the price and it will sell quick.
Another option is to sell to a dealer but you will not get a very good price for it. I see you are in TN, a camping world in Chattanooga contacted me to try to consign my trailer there. They said they give you a preset price and they keep the balance of what they sell it for. They offered over $5k less than I sold it for myself but a quicker option for you.
