Exterior surface marks/wear blemishes - how to polish out

I have a 2019 Crossroads Volante with fiberglass exterior. Have my first winter storage using an RV cover I noticed these blemishes on the exterior that I don’t recall the prior summer. I have tried numerous cleaners and have not been able to remove them. Wondering if anyone has seen something similar and any suggestions on how to polish or clean? I really don’t think they are dirt marks. Reminds me more of a vinyl house siding that has faded and if you run it t hard you can remove the oxidation. I have not been able to remove any of it with any wax or cleaner. Is it possible the RV cover rubber the surface thru wind movement and wore the enamel off in spots as it is over all of the camper exterior sides.

Wondering if anyone has seen anything similar as attached photo?

Have you tried Magic Eraser? It may remove the marks,

Shooter 81,
You mentioned it is fiberglass and later you mentioned enamel and metal. However, if it is fiberglass, have you tried any Marine Fiberglass cleaners? I have a sailboat that presents new challenges each Spring. I found a product by Starbrite called "Extreme Clean" that really simplified my cleanup this Spring. You might try it if that area is fiberglass.
You can order the product from Amazon, it's a 20oz spray bottle. Spray a light mist on an area let it stand then respray and scrub with water. Make sure you rinse the area well after cleanup.
Good Luck

I used a marine fiberglass cleaner/polish and a buffer to remove a scuff in the fiberglass recently that was given to me by a nasty semi driver. I can't imagine it not taking that out too.
