The water pump on my 06 CF29CK is very noisey. It cycles on and off during operation and the only way it will stay on is during wide open full demand open faucet. Could it have air in the system somewhere allowing it to cycle on and off?? Has anyone opted for another brand or style of pump??

You don't have air in the system, Pull Dog. What you need is an accumulator to control the pressure pulsations better. Here is the link to another thread regarding your problem.

You can buy an accumulator or build one like I did.
