location?

Hi, we just bought a 2021 zr280bh this year. Looks like my access panel for my shut off valve (hot water) is under the kitchen sink. I am wondering where the water pump is located? Ours runs very quiet so we don't hear it to find it? Also does this unit come with the hose attached for the anti-freeze jugs? TYIA, Cheers!

I don't have your model, but if the fresh water tank is inside the door of the front basement compartment under the bed area like mine, I believe you will find the pump and winterizing hose located there. There should be an access panel with 4 screws (if they put all of them in, lol!) on the forward side of the tank enclosure.
As an aside, I replaced the screws on that panel as well as on the water heater access panel with knurled thumb screws so I don't need to a tool to remove them.
Happy camping!

Can we assume from your comments that you are looking to find your winterizing valves? Or???
The majority are attached to or near the back of the water heater, so just look inside your unit for a compartment that is just inside the outside water heater access door. In my case, all the the fresh water plumbing converges there: the water pump and anti-freeze valve, the water heater bypass valves, the water tank inlet.
The newest models use 3-way valves and a check valve, so there are only 3 valves total. You will need to find out which one you have and how to operate the valves.

ZR280BH, Shut off valves located under the counter below the kitchen window. Water pump winterizing hose/valve behind the bottom drawer in front of sink. Yes, it came with the winterizing kit installed. Beauty!
