2015 Cruiser Aire 28RK slide issue?

We just purchased 2015 Cruiser Aire 28RK.
Should the main slide be flush to the floor when extended?
I believe it should be.
It is appears to extend & retract as it should, however, the slide floor is not flush with the main floor when extended. The slide floor is also not level. (tilted out)
Does anyone have any information about the this slide?

Thanks, Der1245

What system is on the the slide? If it's the rack and pinion, there should be adjustments visible under the slide when it's extended.

After doing a little research yes you should have a flush floor. You have the thru frame rack and pinion slide system. Check the inside slide room fascia. Is it touching the wall even at the top and the bottom? If not there are adjustments that can be made. If it is then there are a few other things to check.

With the room in flip back the carpet and check the edge of the slide floor. It should be beveled so that when fully extended it drops down even with the main floor. When the room is out there will be a plastic piece that the beveled edge drops down into. With the room fully out flip back the carpet and check if the floor is flush.

The rack and pinion I had on my Crossroads had a toe kick that was about 2" off the floor on the kitchen slide. The sofa and table slide was flush to the floor.
So I guess it depends on what it looks like.
A pic would help

I would have to agree. I have a 2015 Crossroads Cruiser 305RS and the slide out floors are level with the main floor.

Yes!! We purchased a 2018 4 years ago and the cheap OSB board actually is broken and feels very insecure when sitting at our table or the loungers.
We are going to eventually replace it
But for now we bought stabilizers to support it when it is out and we are camping!

Maybe they changed but our Cruiser had plywood floors including the slides. And the Seville we now have has plywood. We did have to have the living/dinning slide floor replaced on the cruiser becouse the previous owner stepped on it while it was closed and it pulled away from the wall.

I was always told not to use stabilizers under a slide becouse of potential problems with the slide seals as the slide may not move with the camper body. But in your case better than falling thru.

Please see attached photos.

The slide tilts down when extended.

Thanks for the pictures. Yes that is a flush floor. It looks like it is not fully extending. In your 3rd picture the top should drop down into the angle on the floor part making the floor flush. Try running the room in a few inches then look all along the floor and slide area - where your hand is - for anything that would be stopping it. Also look behind the trim along the sides - The frame of the slide if you will- for anything that may be stopping it. And as the room extends all the way out the angle on the slide drops down the angle on the floor to make it flat. That is why the floor is tilted.
