External Shower Mystery

We have a brand new 2020 Crossroads 291RK with a factory rear shower. When I went to use it for the first time, the directions say... "turn off water supply from valve inside the RV...then plug in the hose" Well...I've looked EVERYWHERE and I can't find any valve. And...I can't plug in the hose..I'm assuming because there is too much pressure in the line.

Does anyone know where this valve is?

I looked...
Under the sink in the kitchen
pretty much everywhere in the outside kitchen
Under the chassis near the outside Kitchen

Not sure where else to look.

Thanks!

Is it a quick release valve that you are having issue with?

Yes, I can't connect. When I read the instructions it said turn off the valve feeding the quick connect before connection. I'm assuming that means the reason I can't connect is due to pressure. But... I can't find a valve anywhere.

Turn off the water source - pump or city - then turn on any faucet to relieve pressure then connect the hose.

Sounds like a problem I had with my spray port. Here is what I did:
- first make sure the exterior valve can depress - take a small screwdriver and move the brass valve. It took some effort on my end! If its stuck or does not move freely then take some silicone and lube it up! If it moves but no water there may be a pressure release (I'm not sure what it really is) on the inside of the quick release valve that is stuck. Depress this (again with some pressure) and the spray port will most likely work. Just make sure to drain your water before you take the spray port off! Attached is a link of the spray port part you need to depress after you have removed it from the TT. Take a plastic putty knife to remove the port from the back of
the TT and when complete. Don't forget to waterproof the thing once its back together! (https://www.crossroadsowners.com/for...3&d=1589996060)

When I first got my '13 home I had no luck with attaching the shower hose also, found out they had put the wrong hose in my 5er that wasn't the same fitting as the faucet, never would've got it to connect.

I have a 2019 291RK, that quick release is stiff with pressure on it. Turn off your pump or city water and open the sink faucet to take the pressure off the water lines. You should be able to get the spray nozzle hooked up alot easier that way.

I turned it all of and still needed to open with a screwdriver first time.

How is the trailer a year in? Anything I should be watching for?
