I look at that pic and all I see is someone having one hell of a migraine due to increased intracranial pressure. Now I want to stick an external ventricular drain in and decrease his ICP for him. If that doesn't work we can decrease his ICP by doing a crainiectomy.

That pic is of my son in laws neurology patient. He does suffer from migraines. Sometimes that's what my head feels like.
