Cable adjustment issue

Hello all,

I'm having an issue trying to adjust my slideout. Currently when fully extended it sits high - about an inch from being flush with the floor as it should be.

I tried troubleshooting through the manual and the norco video visually walks you through it. But I am stuck at #1. I loosen all my 'ins' and then proceed to tension the 'out bottom's' to bring the bottom jams flush with the standoff bracket. Problem is, nothing moves, I don't know what to do. I did notice this piece here that I've attached a picture of. Its in the forward corner. Maybe this is preventing it from laying down flush? Any help is appreciated.

Maybe I missed something, but, from looking at the pictures, it appears there is carpet under the slide. If that's the case it will never lay flat. After I extend my slide I press the "in" button for about 1 second and that presses the bottom of the slide down against the floor.

- There are several youtube videos that describe how to adjust the BAL AccuSlide system. Having said that, about all you can really do is adjust the tension of the cables.
