dump valves
hey, y'all
First I want to say I have been camping for a quit a few years, so not new to having a 5th wheel. My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Crossroads Cruiser 5th wheel, so we are new to this one.
looking at the dump valves, there are 2 Blue valves that open, but I have no idea WHAT they open.

is someone could shed some light on this, I would greatly appreciate it.
