I have a 2018 sunset lite SS291rk which has 3 soft spots due to the styrofoam insulation crumbling in the sandwich floor system. I have contacted Crossroads rv and they have refused repair due to the structural warranty has elapsed. My question was; with the number of units this is occurring in why is this issue not a recall. So far no reply from them. How many have a similiar issue?
I'm surprised that there are no other issues such as mine.
Oh there have been others that have suffered the same problem as you are experiencing. Maybe they no longer own the unit, or maybe they aren't on the forum much.
