I recently bought my first camper, a 2011 Sunset Trail 29SS. On my second camping trip, the power jack failed. Upon calling my dealer, i learn their service appointments are a month +out. SoI am supposed to go a month hand cranking this thing? If you have had the pleasure you know what i mean

I would rather have the old fashioned crank installed at least as a temporary solution.
So, is it typicalfor a warranty item to be treated this way? I do have email into Crossrooads directly to inquire about this.
