Hey Frank, good to hear from you. Hunting was lousy the first couple weeks, then picked up.
You know the saying---when the leaves start falling the birds start flying. 
All in all we had a very good time up there. Just didn't last long enough. Only 25 days this year.

Well Frank, as much as I hate to say it, I took the mower deck off the JD today, and mounted the snow blower.
I heard on the news that Russ was getting up to 2 ft. of that white stuff.
Just a matter of time now.

Lloyd-
We got about 5 inches...Denver got 8. Go figure! We are prepared though, with a shovel on each of four decks. Just not motivated. It's melting off the decks, but I think this is the storm that will leave the ground covered and we won't see dirt until June which, like this year, we won't come back from our Spring '12 trip until then. Got back from our fall trip a week ago..really a good one to western Colorado. Even drove past Priest Gulch Campground (closed). It's a bluebird day today, forecast high near 50...melt like crazy!  Leaving for a football game in Tucson next week. Forecast high for game day 81. What's your forecast, Frank?

Rather chilly today 54 degrees right now been raining all day. highs near 80 all of next week with a couple of nights in the high 30's

The snow we were suppose to get the other day never materialized. Went east of us. No more in the forecast---woke up this morning, everything is white.
