I'm O.K., thanks for asking, actually in Idaho at the moment. Fires? Guess I'd better check the online version of the Denver Post!

Frank I even got the roof cleaned again when we got home. Setting under the trees for 4 weeks with the leaves and pine needles dropping, it was pretty stained up. Came out pretty good tho.

Top looks good Lloyd, you will be the envy of the Flying J when you arrive, of course I should not have to remind you, but leave all of that white stuff up there

all is well watched the fire near Frasier the tankers were on it right away.Sitting on a train and watched them fly in for about an hour there must have been 8 or 9 drops in that amount of time.I marvel at those pilots they had a small plane dancing around them presumably a spotter. Its a wonder how they get that close to each other. The fires around Boulder were costly Four Mile canyon fire topped theprevious record for damage, however the firefighters have done a remarkable job this year in keeping the acreage totals down. there are some real heroes in Colorado this year.Russ nothing near Brek thank goodness and South Park as well.

Yep, thankfully nothing near Brek. Took down 29 pine beetle killed trees this summer as a precaution. Fire danger's low today, as I'm writing this and watching it snow

Russ:
What does that "camp driveway" look like now? Probably not any flowers sticking out any more. What time of the year will they be back up again?

This is what Campground Driveway looks like today, obvously closed for the season. We'll probably see some of the ground in May with big snow piles melting in June. Can't plant annuals 'til after Father's Day, perennials will start to bloom in July. Things might last until October, but that depends on whether we get freak snowstorms as we have had in September or October, or if the deer get hungry.

After shoveling today (Joyce is always first out the door) we'll probably start thinking of when we want to head for Texas and especially the rally .

BEAUTIFUL PICTURE RUSS!!!!
We don't have any wheres close to that amount, and its melting fast. I''ll bet that pic will really make Frank feel bad. You probably shouldn't have done that to him.
Thanks for posting it.

Picture this....it's 48 hours later and 12" deeper. Good news is, it's stopped snowing and the sun's out. Joyce won't let me shovel as I seem to be coming down with a cold (good news/bad news).
