NCR and Forum Members

I have just edited the lead post (the section by the happy face) for this rally, which is just an update on site availability.

I am very happy to announce that Ralph and Deborah Miller (forum handle RADMILLER) will be joining us for the NCR in May. They will be in site Y10. I have edited them in on the lead post of this thread.

I can't wait to meet them and all the new members that will be joining us this May.

Looks to be a good turn out. I'm just hoping to have a decent TV to make it up there.

So we have worked our schedule out a little better. Due to some issues at work, I will be skipping the gettysburg portion we had originally planned in. We will now be arriving Wed and leaving Mon.

Yes. A lot of them. We might still have it for the spring rally but probably will have a new truck (and possibly new trailer) for the fall rally. New trailer might happen before the spring rally but not sure yet.

Cool .... All I can say is happy hunting and hope you get what you want. Sorry to hear about your having to cancel the Gettysburg portion of your trip.

We got back from Bristol last night. Good trip but way too much rain on Sunday! No problems at all once I got the cold water lines thawed out last Thursday morning.

Tommy - Carl Edwards won. Still did not put the trailer back in the yard. It's in the driveway for now. Maybe I'll park it this weekend.

Tommy- I know it will be a 1 ton SRW crew cab 4x4. Probably a long bed Ram or Silverado. Hoping for a 2013 leftover to fall from the sky for free . That said, we are gonna look at a 2013 Ram 3500 ST that is 5 th wheel prepped on sat. It's a pretty decent price but Ant prefers Chevy to dodge so we will see.

Aileen.....the good thing about Dodge is the Cummin diesel. I don't know how good their transmissions are.

Rick.....Carl Edwards Thanks. Rosie had our kids, grandkids and great grandkid over on Sunday. The race didn't have a chance.

Do not worry about a Dodge's transmission They are very strong, and dependable. On the third Dodge Cummin's This one has the automatic six speed 91K on this one and no trouble

Friend of mine has a Dodge 2500 with the Cummins. Don't know the specs but he gets 27 mpg just running around!? Seems impossible but he swears by it.

I can't believe 27 mpg...no way. I would have to see it myself to believe. Maybe down hill with a tail wind...
